Yaakov Polonsky is a Las Vegas commercial real estate agent with Milvado Realty, serving investors, business owners, landlords, and tenants throughout the Greater Las Vegas Valley. With several years of experience in the real estate industry, he specializes in helping clients navigate commercial real estate opportunities with a primary focus on industrial properties, investment real estate, commercial leasing, and owner-user acquisitions.

Currently completing his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a concentration in real estate and business, Yaakov combines formal education with practical, hands-on experience in real estate transactions, leasing, property management, and investment property operations. His background provides him with a well-rounded understanding of how commercial properties operate, perform, and create long-term value.

In addition to his transaction experience, Yaakov has gained valuable exposure to the land development process by working alongside civil engineering professionals on development projects throughout Southern Nevada. This experience has given him insight into site planning, infrastructure, entitlement, and the many moving parts involved in bringing commercial projects from concept to completion.
